Who we are

We value each athlete and know their success starts with them as a person. T3 is built on this foundation and knows each athlete and what drives them.

Our Strength and Conditioning Programs goal is to produce highly skilled athletes by designing and administering structured programs, which improve athletic performance and reduce the occurrence of athletic injuries. We bridge the gap between team practices, and your solo training. We are athletes, passionate about helping you reach your goals.


What we do

We work with you to create an exclusive, well-rounded program that works with your team’s practice and training regime. We train all ages in a safe, and fun environment. Combining our knowledge of strength training and conditioning with our knowledge of the nuances of sport we’ll develop a training program that will challenge you and help you achieve your goals.


How we do it

We progress our athletes at an appropriate, yet challenging, rate and motivate them to be better than they were the day before.

Your first session will be used to determine your baseline fitness level. This will be used as benchmark to measure your progress. Your baseline fitness will evolve as you progress through your training program.

Each session will have you doing challenging exercises to improve your strength, agility, endurance and help reduce occurrences of injury.

We strongly encourage constant communication between the athlete and trainer so we can better monitor progress and program adjustments.
