At T3, we know no two athletes are alike. We tailor programs and progressions based on the athlete and sport to help you achieve your athletic goals in a safe, encouraging environment.

Each program aims to develop well-rounded, confident young athletes by providing the base foundation to a successful and life long athletic career.

We teach safe,effective and appropriate techniques to avoid future injuries, help set goals, and provide a fun and competitive environment. We ensure that athletes are both physically and mentally prepared to practice and compete.


Individual Training

Frequency 2x or 3x/week

Monthly Cost $450/month

*Up to 10 sessions/month

Individual Training provides a tailored program for the athletes but allow for more Coach to Athlete interactions during sessions.


Small Group Training (3-9 Athletes)

Frequency 3x/week

Monthly Cost $300 Per Athlete

*Up to 12 sessions/month

Frequency 2x/week

Monthly Cost $200 Per Athlete

*Up to 8 sessions/month

Frequency 1x/week

Monthly Cost $150 Per Athlete

*Up to 4 sessions/month

Group Training includes tailored programs that fit the need of the group. Athletes can work out with players of all sports, in a setting that coaches match ability levels. Athletes can have the confidence that they will receive the best program for them to reach their potential.

Team Training involves larger groups that are working towards a singular goal. Rest assured that programs will be adjusted to progress/regress individuals within the group so everyone can see strength and performance increases!
